yes, not for mobility reasons, my grandmother had an invacare 9000 (manual reclining chair) which was comfy if adjusted properly.

next person has dreams about wheelchairs (manual/powered)

Yes, occasionally I've dreamed that I'm driving somewhere or that I'm a passenger on a bus.

Yes, but occasionally a scenario crops up that catches me by surprise.
