Tuvan (тыва дыл)

Another Ural-Altaic language (or Altaic language - and for those who are not keen on the Altaic language theory - it's a Turkic language) spoken in the Republic of Tuva in south-central Siberia.
Some Tuvans live also in China and in Mongolia.

Ubykh.

northwest caucasian language spoken on eastern black sea around sochi. the last native speaker died in 1992 at age 88, fortunately linguists were able to collect numerous audio recordings and notes on the language. no stable, official writing system, many consonants and few vowels, some have expressed interest in reviving the language. :D
