Here's a new one: Count by making up numbers, in no particular order. Only rule is that it can't be a real number. Can be a portmanteau word, an adjective (example: lotsa) or anything at all that enumerates something. Time descriptions are also valid, such as made up names of months, years, an era or epoch (example: oh-dark-thirty; the Cretinaceous period).

I'll start off with my favorite: Eleventeen.
