I'm pretty sure Enviro was suggesting Dilbert's boss for Labor. Not sure if he meant State, White House Chief of Staff or Press Secretary for Dogbert.

Dilbert's boss has been described as 'micromanagement, gross incompetence and obliviousness to his surroundings'.

Thanks, guys, but I have an idea. How about Robert Reich? He was a real secretary of Labor under Bill Clinton.

Also, George Marshall of Secretary of State. He's the one who came up with The Marshall Plan.

That leaves Chief of Staff and Press Secretary.
