OMG! I HATE ALL CAPS! THIS IS THE WAY THE OLD TELETYPES TYPED. ALL CAPS! IT TOOK YEARS FOR THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT TO FIGURE OUT THAT THEY CAN TYPE NORMALLY. FINALLY, ALL THE SCREAMING HAS DISAPPEARED!

BUT IT NEVER REALLY GOES AWAY. JUST LOOK AT THIS THREAD!
