I googled it. Apparently not, although some suggested Sept 8th because apparently that's when the first episode aired in 1966. I didn't check if the dates are correct.

It's Star Wars 4th Day at school right now. A bunch of students were dressed up, and instead of the bell-has-rung-get-moving-song, Star Wars music was played. I can barely hear myself think now.

Wow, I wish any school I went to had bothered to make something out of Star Wars Day. That would have been fun.

I haven't seen the Force Awakens. I've only seen the two trilogies.
