You don't need to keep counting, just take the number of posts shown on the forum and add two - one is the original poster and the other is yours.

I have never heard it... but it would be a shame to say that I have heard every english saying there is.

Here we say "for the last time", mostly. Usually it's not the last time.

Well 117th is really easy to say in Danish (hundredesyttende) but I am not aware of any significance behind it.
There might be one anyway, the danish language is filled with words and terms that nobody knows why we say, there is even a radioprogram that you can write too, and then they tell you the history of the saying... I listen to that far to much for my own good :(
