Diagnosed under the DSM5 rules with autism spectrum disorder, under DSM4 psychologist said would have been AS (299.80) but I suspect that I am somewhere between 299.80 and 299.00 (Autism) under DSM4.

I thought that the idea was for me to choose a word which is as hard to follow as possible. That is why I choose that one.

ngapi

(Even with keeping the two letters in the same order and at the front - neither of which is a requirement of the thread)

(ngaio, ngege, ngawha, ngoma, ngultrum or ngwee would have done, but even though I've used it before, I choose "a pungent condiment consisting of fish or prawns which have been left to rot and then salted and dried" -> ngapi)

sequin

(Come on eddiedog8! "yeah but not im possible of corse", but "im" is not a word, although "corse" is a word! Still, that would make six words, even if you joined the "im" with the "possible", and the thread wants "a word" - not "six words" - to be put in. :) All that said, at least you did get my "p" and "i" in.)

'fy'... Damn, that one's a threadkiller right there. I had to use a dictionary to find something, and even then I question if this is actually a word.

fyke - A long, bag-shaped fishing net held open by hoops.
