Nopes, as 9gaggers call them, are scary dangerous creatures such as spiders and whatnot. Australia is notorious for being full of those things, so I wouldn't resist a day there without crapping my pants. When I see daddy longs legs I run faster than Usain Bolt on coke, so just imagine how I would react in the presence of a giant hissing tarantula...yikes!! !
But Australia is not the only nope-infested continent...such things exist in the Americas as well, such as the Brazilian wandering spider whose venom gives you a painful erection before killing you, no joke.
