"Does he have endless time, or does he just think he has endless time?" Jian questioned, looking quite fascinated. "I'm just curious to see if time actually exists, since there is no such thing as time in our world. All we have is the present moment, the eternal now."


[As if multi-dimensional-universal crossovers weren't complicated enough... ]

Laura looked more confused than she was when she had to redo math up until the 4th grade when she lost her memories. "As far as I know, he's been around for a little more than 3,000 years and counting, so I'd say that's eternal time." She pulled out her Pokedex and tapped the center, and it opened up to display the time and a few other things. "In my world, it's 7:47, so I think it's pretty safe to say that time exists."

"Do Pokemon tell time? Do they know if time exists? Do animals or trees or mountains or lakes or rivers or flowers tell time? I've asked them, and apparently they don't in my world and others. Besides, Enye isn't dead. She's alive as a star." Jian replied calmly.

Laura blinked in confusion. The thought of Pokemon being able to have a sense of time was a very good question to her, but as Jian continued, about flowers lakes and mountains, she was starting to make herself even more confused, just thinking about it. "How exactly do you talk to inanimate objects?" She asked. But then, out of nowhere, Laura gasped and snapped her fingers. "I've got it! Time does exist, at least in my world, because theres this girl I met at World's, she had another legendary Pokemon named Dialga who can controll time, and this one guy named Ethan who's waaayy older than me who has a another time controlling Pokemon named Celebi. And besides, how can you be late for something if theres no time?"

Calem listened to that in amazement. I told her she has her smart moments outside of battles! He thought with a smile.

"Everything in the Universe is alive and has a voice. You just have to calm yourself deeply and listen." Jian explained, and then smiled. "Dialga and Celebi would be very confused in our world. Imagine being the 'master' of something that doesn't exist. No one is ever late. They arrive precisely when they mean to."
Meanwhile, Karion apparently grew tired of wandering around aimlessly and decided to investigate Laura, poking at the Pokemon girl's shoes, which were obviously a completely foreign concept to her.

Laura sighed, it doesnt get any more mind-boggling than this. She noticed Kairion poking at her legs. "U-Um, could you not?" She seemed like one of those creepy tsundere girls from animes to her.

"Mmm?" Karion looked up at Laura blankly, and attempted to pull on the shoelaces.
"She has never seen shoes before." Oeuyia explained, snickering, and reached across to pull Karion back to her. Halfway there she stopped and stretched into a kneeling position, and held out her hands to the young girl. "Come on. See if you can walk by yourself." Karion trembled visibly as she tried to stand, but nearly fell on her face. She eventually resorted to crawling back to Oeuyia, but then took a sudden detour to stare at Guinan.

Laura squirmed slightly when she felt Kairion tugging at the strap on one of her pink patent leather mary janes, and sighed out of relief when Oeuyia got her. When she fell trying to walk, it made her smile slightly, rerembering that when her memories were wiped, she forgot how to walk and had to learn again. Maybe that was why she was sutch a klutz.

Calem, meanwhile, was facing a wall, staring at it like it was the most intresting thing ever. "Why can't you wear clothes?" He asked flatly. At some point, he had taken his blue and white track jacket off and tied it around his waist, revealing a plain, dark grey t-shirt.

Guinan still had the banana peel in her hand. She smiled at Karion, sitting on the ground at the child's level and holding out her other hand where the child could grab it for balance. "Want to stand up? You can do it," Guinan encouraged, gesturing with her free hand to make her point. Guinan would've appeared very distracted though, looking out for possible dangers, like Heiwa Federation soldiers, that might interrupt this domestic scene.

"I was thinking," Guinan said, "that maybe we could use Pokemon moves, like sweet kiss, to confuse the soldiers and start to search for your friend." Guinan looked at Mike.

"Ah-ah. Ah-ah." Karion mumbled, sounded almost as if she was singing, and held Guinan's hand as she pulled herself upright.
Meanwhile, Aelkai and Ia were giggling and whispering, but then Aelkai pushed herself over to Jian. "Does Ia have to leave?"
Jian stared hard at the floor. "Yes, but she can leave whenever she wants to."
"It is so wonderful to walk skyclad." Oeuyia told Calem with a smirk. "Perhaps you might want to try it some day."

Though neither one of them could see each others faces, both Laura and Calem's faces lit up crimson. "Yeah, I think I'll pass." He said, monotone, yet obiously embarrased at the thought of Laura seeing him like that.

"What's so great about letting everybody see you without any clothes?" Laura squeaked, barely loud enough to hear.

"I just considered that either of you might want to try going skyclad." Oeuyia explained gently, but she was obviously quite amused.

"Good!" Guinan cheered, beaming a smile at Karion.

"Mmm. Ah." Karion sighed, looking as though she was staring at things no one else could see. Then she fell over again, nearly landing on top of Guinan.
"She has been like that ever since she was born." Oeuyia revealed.

(OOC: How do I manage to get into these awkward social situations, even in an RPG? LOL. Anyway, hopefully this will work.)

Guinan tried to break Karion's fall with her arm. Then, she held out her hand, in case the girl wanted to try again. "Is she your daughter?" Guinan asked the woman.

The hadn't noticed this about each other, but they had both definitely grown up both mentally and... physically... in the past three years since they've met. Laura had been staring at the back of Calem's head while Gunnian and Oeuyia were talking about Kairion, and if she looked closely, she could see a dark red tint on his face. Laura tennatively walked over to him, leaning against the wall Calem was having a stare contest with. "Um... Cal, Oeuyia didn't embarrass you too bad, right?" She asked gently, trying to dispel the awkwardness. "Maybe." He said simply, shifting his attention to her.
