I do not have a bomb factory, and even a Level I bomb created by a starter bomb factory infused with Neoprenium will have fairly low damage and minimum splash.

More time controlled mines are placed in the way of Cyberman.

I build you a Level IV (5) bomb factory in the strap cave and find a huge deposit of Neopranium which is a variant of Uranium. I purify the Neopranium to 235 ions per nanometer and call it N235.
