Today I ate mashed potato, beef, gravy, swede and cabbage in large portions for lunch because I missed breakfast.

For afternoon tea I had a handful of Brazil nuts.

In the evening I had something made by my family which had pasta, prawns, tomatoes, onions and some kind of sauce, yummy.

For evening snack I had rich brandy fruit cake.

I am still a bit hungry so might have porridge or semolina to go to bed with.

Red grape juice obviously. :D

A lamb and pork belly and leek and potato hot pot, which unfortunately got a bit burnt.

Yesterday was the remains of the previous day's casserole of cheapest ever cut of beef stewed with chick peas in tomato, celery, wine, garlic and herbs etc. With courgettes.

I'm still eating pistachios on and off, but almost sick of them!

And at some point i ate a few squares of very dark orange chocolate.

My own Tuna Salad Special, with tinned tuna and tinned sardines in tomato sauce mashed up with olive oil and fresh lemon juice, garlic and freshly ground black pepper, with finely sliced carrot, chopped cucumber, a mound of parsley, a handful of sunflower seeds, and lots of crunchy green lettuce, frisée today.

Chestnut purée with mashed banana slices and almond flakes.

Grape juice.

That sounds good. I'd like to have that for dinner...

Today I had 2 hardboiled eggs, a can of diet soda and a supposedly fat-free bag of of baked potato chips.

Thank you! :D It was very nice.
Today was very different.

Red-lentil madras curry, with brown-rice cooked with a dash of olive oil and cumin seeds, and seasoned with tamari, served on a bed of shredded lettuce, with chopped parsley and sunflower seeds, and some wicked lime pickle. :)

Grape juice again, and two black coffees.

Yesterday? Crumpets, five pints of beer, steak, chips and peas with plenty of bread and a few chocolates. I am now suffering the major attack of the farts. Time to get my sleeping pattern in order I think.

Breakfast: Half a chocolate chip cookie and a chocolate Boost.
Lunch: Two miniature baguettes and three strawberry Air Heads.
Dinner: Glass of milk and about one-third of a can of reduced-fat Pringles.

I've been dieting lately, so whenever I decide to go "a little crazy"... I end up sugar crashing like this. :drunken: Ah, well, at least I'm a lot better than I used to be...

So far I had a brown sugar cinnamon pop tart and a glass of milk, and currently am contemplating some Tyson Honey BBQ Chicken Strips and a cup of cherry koolaid.
