yes, i have a storage shed full of 'em. as for the tarot card reading, i'd take you up on the offer but i am afraid of what bad news the cards might bring up. i'm chicken, iow.

What's iow? Is that an acronym or just a noise?

Like life, sometimes the cards sometimes seem bad, but they also contain clues as to what you should do to overcome your difficulties. You'd be doing me a favour too, as I need the practice. That's why I'm 'soliciting'. But of course I won't force you. :)

Take care, my friend.

sorry, i should have capitalized IOW [In Other Words]
but i suppose it could also be a noise to anybody who was so inclined to interpret it as such, like when i clear the phlem out of my throat - or it could be an expletive uttered when one stubs their bare toe on a piece of furniture - "EYE-OH- that smarted!" it could also be the phonetic pronounciation of the innermost of the 4 galilean moons of jupiter. but i'm just being facetious here :)

as for the tarot reading, of course i will let you use me as a practice subject, what are friends for? it is just that if you say something like "you will get cancer and die a horribly painful and protracted death and be bankrupted" you have to understand that would make me crap my pants just a little. but i am flattered that you would do this service for me otherwise. thank you, mon frere.

Are you really?

A lazy google search on my part didn't return anything that looked like it was the answer. I should have thought to capitalize too. :)

I imagined it might have been a little howl of angst, or something. Like what a small kitty cat might make.

Great! I've got another victim, ahem, I mean subject in the meantime, but I'll get around to you as soon as time permits.

The thing I like about the cards is that there's always an upbeat side to each one, if you only look at things a certain way. I feel that life is the same. There's a strategy for every obstacle.

I feel awful for dragging this thread so off topic, my apologies to the OP and everyone. Since I didn't answer the question properly before, I'll do so now. I think I'm probably most like a Bishop; spiritually inclined yet shrewd and powerful in the right circumstances. I like to think and move in a different direction to everyone else... I also look like a bit of a penis.

:!: well, you know what they say about 10 foot poles.
there is no chess piece i am qualified to be associated with, that is why i said the box the game came in would be appropriate for me, because i have cognitive functioning in the form of aspirations for intellectual exertions which are thwarted by my slow-as-molasses addled brain- IOW my brains are trapped in the box my brains came in. i hope that made sense.

I'm a rook and a bishop, because I pace back-and-forth all the time.

Hey! Some of us appreciate a slow and deep mind. I'm thinking you are ideal yogi material. From how you describe yourself, and from what I know about you, I'd say you were like the King, because he's slow but very versatile. :)

thank you sir. i could live with being a king. but for a yogi i'd have to pop some more anti-inflammatory drugs so i could be appropriately limber.
