I got that result because I chosed a stuffed animal instead of a real one as a pet lol, otherwise I would have gotten the 'Everyone loves you' result.

Some pets are great and cute, but inanimate objects are easier to handle and you don't have to feed them, and they don't do those nasty biological needs, etc. I'm not much of a pet person actually.
