Perhaps a bull in one corner and a sheep in another? There are many sheep in NZ and Mooms has problems with their bulls getting through fences. (actually, one of our rugby teams in named the Blue Bulls).

Yes, South Africa's team is (at certain times) one of the top cricket teams. Has it ups and plenty of downs, rather like a cricketing roller coaster.

We have strong interest in cricket, rugby, tennis and soccer. We have what could be called "fringe" sports here such as baseball and ice hockey, as they get little publicity here and few players, but at least we have them, together with extreme ironing.

We also have people who play jukskei, tug-of-war, polo (in the richer parts of the countryside such as the KwaZulu Natal Midlands) and of course marathon running for the physically fit and Scrabble for the mentally fit.

The sports that get the publicity here would be football (soccer), skiing and ice-skating.
To lesser degree, handball.
My fave is just a fringe sport: Curling. I wish there was more attention to curling.
