Granted. You have nothing to worry about. Consequently, bad things start happening to you which you are totally oblivious about till it's too late.

I wish I was shopping in a thrift store right now.

Granted, but the downside is that you are shopping in a thrift store.

I wish I didn't get sick so easily.

Granted! Now you never get sick, but you are more susceptible to falling and injuring yourself.

I wish I could find my sewing kit so I can fix a button on my coat.

Granted, you find it, start up and struggle hard to fix it. It's like the needle s alive and reluctant. You've finally finished when you prick your finger on the needle and fall asleep for 100 years. When you wake up, global warming has lead to such temperatures that you won't get to use your coat. All that work for nothing.


I wish we had household robots like the old stories always promised we'd have by now.

Granted, but they have learned to read facial expressions better than you, and so they think you are always mad at them. They develop schizoid and OCD characteristics so that they can only make you fried eggs.

Granted. Here are your fried eggs. Soon, though, you discover they were created with saturated fats which consequently clogs all your arteries and leads to a stroke that lands you in a wheelchair forever.

Granted, but you must shrink to Tinkerbell's physical size in order to do so.

Granted. Now you're so consumed that freedom has no longer become an option.

Granted. You turn back time and accidentally get stuck at that moment when abuse in your household was a common event. Sorry.

I wish I could find thousands of dollars on the street.

Granted. It is all monopoly money from a dumpster.

I wish people would stop eating all my food. Now I have to go to the store so I can have something to eat on my break at work tomorrow.

Granted. People will now stop eating your food. That includes you. No idea how you're gonna get nutrients now. Through IV maybe?


I wish so much time wasn't wasted on lame stuff like making food, eating, chores etc. Day's not long enough as it is.

granted there is now so much time in the day that the sun wont go down for a month and rise a month later trying circumstances

You only get better eye sight because you overcompensate sight after losing all your other senses.
