Granted but now it will never rain or snow.


The setting sun in winter is lovely behind the trees. I've been wanting to take a pic of that for a long time. I wish I get to take that picture this winter.

Granted! You snap one picture of it, but it didn't turn out.

I wish to someday take a road trip to New England. I've never been.

Granted! You walk the road to New England. Beware of the traffic!

I wish the inside air wasn't so dry in winter.

Granted! But humidity makes it feel much much colder than it really is.

I wish it didn't get so dark so early this time of year. All it does is make me want to sleep.

Granted. Now it's polar night and always dark, so it won't get dark early for some months.

I wish there was more jelly left. The kiwi jelly tasted great (if not exactly kiwi)!

Granted, but it's already covered in a layer of mold.

I wish food never went bad.

Granted, food never goes bad. You don't even wanna think about what sort of preservatives are in that food.

I wish food both stayed fresh and wasn't so full of dubious chemicals.

But for that to happen, you must be living in an ice cave on and Ice Planet.

And your computer keys keep freezing.

So we send you a propane space heater.

And your cave melts, ruining your computer, and then you REALLY get mad!

The remnants of the storm howls outside. I wish it won't cause a blackout.

Gulp. There's a huge pine outside my bedroom. I hope it didn't catch that idea.

I wish it wasn't so cold and snowy out. It's 23 degrees F (-5 degrees C), and feels like 11 degrees F with the humidity.
