all of us of a certain age here, witnessed the moon landing on our little square tv sets in july 1969 and after.

a color-tv was bought for the occasion of apollo 4, before that tv wasn't in the house,
then there was not much color going on on the tv, but the german testcard setting for the tv,
the only thing on tv at daytime were the testcards
