I think all we heard from Amy's mom were quotes from Miss Amy (hearsay). I think there is a lot they can do with Penny's mom. I hope they develop the missing character.

Actually, we've seen Amy's mom..... Remember when Sheldon and Amy spoke to her, on Amy's laptop, to convince her that they were having sex? LOL There was also, at least, one other time they showed Amy talking to her, on her laptop----I forget what they were talking about, though.....
