I love sushi, in general. However, there are a few I've heard of that I wouldn't eat. Would you eat...raw sea urchin roe?

I've actually tried sea urchin sushi - I didn't care for it. I did, however, like this one sea urchin apatizer that was deep fried and heavily salted. So, I'd pass on the sea urchin. Carp?
