Ah - so you've been to former Yugoslavia!

Bled is now in Slovenia, and Poreč is about about 5, 6 hours of driving from here.

And yes, "čevapčići" are national speciality, served with bread and onions.

I've never been to Holland unfortunately, Budapest, Vienna is the furthest I went.


I'm fine, thanks, still cold and overcast here, with occasional rain - after those tropical temperatures perfect weather indeed!

You think i should mention the rain less? Not even that it was raining every day for the past week? And that it was so great to sleep with the rain falling in the morning? And that it will most likely rain tomorrow, and day after etc?

I think all the neighbours would welcome it. The local crops are suffering badly. There's only been a couple of inches of rain in around three / four months.
