I was wondering if it might be a misericorde (the carvings on pews, etc. in medieval churches) and went looking. Didn't find a cat musician but I did find a church mouse, is this guy cute?

I'm a little "off" today - got very little sleep last night and had to drive waaaaay out to a Dr. appt. and waaaaay back today, and tomorrow I have to get up at 5 a.m. for more stuff, so I'm kinda loopy while waiting to turn in. If my posts seem to be at right angles to the discussion, it's temporary. (Hugs to all.)
Edit in: here's the guy I was thinking of! VERY medieval. I'm sure this isn't what you have, Kura. This one's fairly famous and, sadly, damaged. I forget where he is, now.
