If everyone is smart, this game should not have any winner. Because you see, if you are going to be the one posting "2", you won't be allowed to post "1", so you preclude yourself from winning. So, if it got to a point that someone posted "3", then everyone will stop posting. Each person will wait for someone "else" to post "2" so that they can post "1". And, as everyone would be waiting for each other to post "2", the "2" will never get posted, so it will stop at "3". And, therefore, nobody will win.
