The first ruler of the Kingdom of Hawaii, which he unified in 1795. (I had to do some digging to find him - just had a vague memory of some "K" kings in that region!)

(Hm. Are the wives of reigning kings elegible, if they had the title "Queen"? How about a Grand Duke of an independant duchy? That'd widen the pool a bit.)

^ Yesh, I'm sure there have been some submissions of such queens (Queens Consort) in the past. How about also admitting the title 'Queen' as a qualifying first letter? Like so....
