I wish people wouldn't assume 'intelligent' means 'dominant'. Cockatiels may be intelligent, but they cannot build machinery based on their physiology/anatomy. Chimps have the physiology and whatnot, but they're more interested in bananas than science and technology. Could and would are different words, I wish that could and would be understood because it should.
