Keeps leaving her windows open and wonders why people constantly peek into them.

Um, the window in your avatar is closed, Blue Peeper!

And you are the only one pictured on that security video looking through the glass.

AND you would only wear a hat while peeping because you want your sense of style to be noticed!

Sylkat knows the true identity of the Stig, but isn't telling anyone.

Thinks that wearing that hat will make someone think that he is actually Dick Tracy.

Or Indiana Jones.

Either of whom would have justification for peeping.

Allows famous men in hats to peep, but not me.

Is so bizarre that he posts bizarre things about himself.

Is so bizarre that he has a 'Shadow Peeper' peeping along side of him.

Her shadow turns white when it's dark.

Becomes spontaneously suspended in an anti-gravity field the moment he steps on a scale, and so has to weigh himself by positioning the scale between his head and the ceiling.

Would float away if not for wearing weighted Doc Martens.

Is actually so tiny, that she can only be seen through a powerful microscope.

Was able to count how many angels can fit onto the head of a pin.

And then, promptly forgot all about it.

Does not realize that Angels' size is less important than what they have come down here to accomplish.

Is engineering new ways to fit more angels on the head of a pin to maximize the efficaciousness of her acupuncture business.

Opened an acupuncture salon, but accidentally used cactus needles on her first client instead of proper needles.

The other clients in the waiting room left soon after the screaming started.

Starts screaming even though ThetaIn3D hasn't inserted any needles in her. She does it just to scare away the clients in the waiting room.
