Ganymede

A "beautiful" young Trojan boy who got abducted by an eagle (Zeus in disguise) to live on Mt. Olympus.

When Galileo looked through his telescope, and discovered that Jupiter (ie "Zeus") had a little "campanion" (ie a Moon) he named it after Jove's mythical companion Ganymede. Though small compared to Jupiter Ganymede the moon is the biggest moon in the solar system (wider than the planet Mercury).
