Attempts to claim aforesaid tractors as salvage by diving into aforesaid ponds wearing swim fins, goggles, Speedos, and a 'Nuke A Gay Baby Whale' headband to try to drive aforesaid tractors out of the water.

Which may or may not have been assumed to be in the aforesaid ponds.
