That particular button is missing, you're right. I don't know what may have happened to it. -- Would a conventional notebook be of any help?

If you post in a thread without unhooking the box saying "Notify me when a reply is posted", you should receive topic reply notifications.
If you wanna subscribe to a thread without posting, look at the blue line on top of the page. To the left it will say "subscribe topic". Just press it, and you are watching the topic :)

I'd change it, but I really can't be bothered to try, with all the problems on WP recently.

Why do Moomins have tails in the first place? Snufkin hasn't one.

But Snufkin isn't a Moomin. He's kind of humanish.

More importantly, ask yourself why this is true:

That's what Finns do when living in their summer cabins.

I'm going to be really non-Finnish here, and suggest that if you need an axe to break the ice, it may be a tad too cold to swim.

I'm not sure what to make of this post. It does sound like I'm seen as being condescending. If that is how I came off, I'm sorry.
I was just trying to be helpful, Krabo. If syzygyish was joking, I didn't get it, I thought it was meant seriously.
