Lilli glanced between Laura and Calem, kind of unsubtly gesturing toward Calem with their head.

Guinan smiled and nodded as she listened to the story of Calem and Laura. She might have asked a question, but then Laura walked back in and asked hers. Not wanting to interfere, Guinan calmly and quietly took another glass of water. She glanced at Mike to see how he might react to all this.

Laura mimicked the motion Lilli was doing. "Are you alright? Are you trying to come up with a new dance? Hey, Tierno is the best breakdancer to ever live, maybe he could help..." Anna jumped into Laura's lap, making a heart with her feelers. "Sylveon!!" She piped. "How did I even get myself into this....." He thought. "Well you see..." He started. "Great Arceus, Shauna made this sound so easy.." He mumbled.

Lilli sipped their water quietly, giving an encouraging wink to Calem.

"Just rip the band aid off!" Laura said, exited. Calem was usually cool headed and calm, but now he looked like he was freaking out. He never freaked out. This oughta be good.

"LauraIreallylikeyouyoursonsweetandprettyand..." He was talking so fast, she barely got what she said.

Her eyes went sparkly with joy. "You do?!" She squeaked. He nodded.

"Hehehe I like you too!" She hugged him, nearly squishing him. It was so cute!

Lilli set down their water and began clapping.

"Th-Then do you wanna be my girlfriend...?" He asked.

"Yes yes yes YES!" Laura cheered. Calem finally got the chance to hug the wind out of her, which he was really happy about.

Mike has rather short messy brown hair and he's wearing a white lab coat over a black shirt and he is wearing jeans. His left sleeve is rolled up a bit so he can see the screen on his light grey robotic left arm, and the arm has plier-like pincers folded out. In his right hand he is holding a high-tech pistol. He looks to be in his early 20's even though he's in his 30's because his aging was slowed via genetic engineering.

Mike looks at Laura and Calem hugging and smiles. Well, you don't see that every day.

He is interrupted by a message form the Nexus wormhole station, he could hear it through his implants bot nobody else could. "Attention all travelers, one of our satellites has detected an enemy carrier on an intercept trajectory with the station, the ETA is 8 hours and 43 minutes. They are not responding to hails, we will be on alert and keep you updated."

Mike suddenly has a worried look. The station could probably take a carrier, but the enemy knew that and it's possible that there are more undetected ships.

"Aaaa!" Lilli squeed as the two of them hugged. They weren't familiar with this human gesture of affection, but it was still quite an adorable moment.

They looked around to see the other's reactions.
They saw Mike, and- wait, what was he doing? It looked like he was.. listening to something? But there wasn't anything there..

"Um.. Mike?"

Mike is startled by Lilli. "Huh? What? Oh, that was just Nexus station. There is an enemy carrier approaching it, probably nothing to worry about though." Mike smiles again and turns to Laura and Calem. "Anyway, congratulations you two. I know full well how hard that can be, which is why I'm still single at age 34. Well, one of the reasons. Spending most of my time in space is also probably a big contributing factor. That's enough about me though."

"Thanks.." They both said. "Oh,and wernt you wanting to meet Professor Sycamore? You said you wanted to ask him a few questions yesterday." Laura asked.

Guinan grinned, chuckling, as Calem blurted out his feelings. She recalled her own childhood crushes, and the happy expression remained as she turned to Mike to see his reaction.

Her smile became a frown as he explained about the carrier. She wondered if Mike preferred this life of travel, in part because he wouldn't have to be on the front lines of destruction. She was glad that, for the moment, Q hadn't gotten them all involved in some far off war, and she continued listening quietly.

"Yeah, It would be nice to speak to a professor about these Pokemon. It would be very informative."

Lilli perked up all of a sudden. "Does he give out starter Pokemon?"

"Maybe we could help each other get another Pokemon when we learn more about them," Guinan suggested to Lily. Turning to Laura, she asked, "Didn't you say something about teams, or something like that? Team Rocket or something, wasn't it?"

"Yup! You get your pick between Popplio, Rowlet, and Litten. Those arent the normal starters here, but Professor Cookie or however it's pronounced pulled some strings and we can get the Alola starters here. And the Teams are usually bad guys that try to destroy the world or steal other peoples Pokemon or whatever. We took out Team Flare, not Team Rocket." Laura explained.
