Merrow- because I'd not heard of them till now and I'm finding them fascinating to read about (so thank you ).

Hot or cold beverages?

Hot usually tea.

Reading real paper books or ebooks?

Real books.

Diesel electric or diesel hydraulic (In regards to railway locomotives and railcars).

Electric.

Same question.

diesel hydraulic. I know nothing about trains or engines, I just feel it sounds cooler .

Chocolate or Cake?

Neither. I dont like chocolate or cake. But I'll choose cake because I do sorta enjoy carrot cake

Hot tea or iced tea?

Depends where I am(Aus or UK) ... hot at the mo

Cappuccino or espresso?

Cappuccino (I like the chocolate sprinkled on top )

TV shows or Movies?

(Juliette): Espresso. Say no to froth.

(SD): Movies (even though 95%+ are rubbish)

Americano or Mocha?

Stardust ... yes ... it’s that little sprinkle of guilty pleasure everytime

Deep Hour ... oh, but how I try ... it defeats me everytime ... EVIL

Coffee machine(home variety) or Starbucks/Cafe Nero type hut?

I'll go for the 'home variety', though I'm essentially an instant coffee peasant. My experience of coffee outside home is largely confined to McDonald's (that's probably instant stuff, but it's surprisingly good...).

Dark 'Porter' type beers or citrussy pale ales?

Have never tried beers, would need to be educated ... I’ll guess BOTH

Whiskey or Rum?

Just the smell of whisky repels me. Rum isn't very nice either, but I can handle it in something like a Bacardi and Coke combination.

Peaches or Sharon Fruits (Persimmons)?

Ice or no ice in drinks?

Stardust ... yes ... it’s that little sprinkle of guilty pleasure everytime

Ice in fizzy drinks is desirable (same as experiencing them straight from the fridge), but I don't want ice in any other sort of drink.

Hard Boiled Egg or Soft Boiled (runny yolk)?

Soft boiled
