(and lemon, I used to be able to do press-ups on one finger: right index. I never could quite manage left index on its own. Also, either thumb on its own. Most painful press-up was the back of the hand.)

(never been able to do press-ups, i'm quite jealous of people who can, i think i have weak how-do-you-call-this(between your hand and arm), sit-ups not a problem endlessly :wink: and i swim, run, and cycle. maybe playing the trumpet will help me)
