Simple solution. Save it as a JPEG in Paint. It's a PNG file.

How's that look? All I did was resave it from a PNG to a JPG file. Inevitably you get some loss of image quality with a JPG, but the smaller file size makes up for it.

I can't tell any difference, you'd have to look at the pixels.
