What else do you guys eat at Christmas? I'm pretty sure it differs greatly between regions and countries.
Here in Norway the main celebration is on Christmas Eve, not Christmas Day. Some places in Norway they eat cod or pinnekjøtt https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pinnekj%C3%B8tt
In my family the tradition is pork roast with gravy, potatoes and sauerkraut (Norwegian type which apparently is a bit different than the original), and often a little lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers on the side. And Christmas wine.
For dessert on Christmas eve we usually have a nice ice cake. It's the only time of the year outside of summer that I actually want ice cream.
