I turn the music up louder but not blaring, if I know the route that I am taking well. If I don’t know the route I’m taking well, then I turn it down low or off completely. I cannot concentrate and will get lost otherwise.

I love love love love spicy foods. I actually have been making my own hot sauce with a friend of mine. I was caught trying to drink hot sauce out of a bottle as a baby and have been eating hot things since a very young age. I have very high tolerance. My last hot sauce was made with Carolina Reapers.

Same about spice ^ Bring it on!
Bland food makes me feel sick -- it's more texturey and nasty somehow.

I have showers more often, but nothing beats a nice relaxing bath with Ella (Fitzgerald).

I’ve never swam laps for exercise before. I actually don’t like swimming much, I hate the way you feel when you get out, and when your hands get wrinkly. I did swim as a kid though, and it was just for fun.
