^ When I first came to the U.S., I was shocked by the grooming of poodles. Shocked! It seemed so unnatural to cut and sculpt their fir into pom-poms like that.

Actually, Mel's son has gone on record stating that he actually wasn't allergic to them.

Mel himself said this on the matter:

Well, whether purple or orange, carrots are still undeniably bitter unless they're used in beef stew or chicken noodle soup where they can't actually me tasted that much.

In Trinidad & Tobago, the closest folklore we have to a vampire is a soucouyant. It's a woman that travels like a fireball, enters rooms at night through narrow passways and drinks the blood of its hosts.
