And folks in the crowd (who misunderstand the song) will chime in on the final "COCAINE!".

The 'she' is the drug itself. I think. Some folks think that Clapton is saying "she delivers", but I think that he meant "she is a cruel mistress", or something like that.

To answer the question: Like another song says "if you wanna ride. Dont ride the white horse. Ride the white pony." But its better if you dont ride at all.

They both sound fun, but I'll probably go with horseback riding. There's more scenery on land and less chance of drowning if something goes wrong.
