Banned.... for filling a whole thread page in said thread.

Oh, me posting in the wrong thread. Banned?

~

Um, I'm soooo.... glad we got some heavy rain here in Holland the last two days. Nature is smiling again, after looking quite knackered before the rain.

Some folks complain about the rains here in Holland (sooo much rain, in general, year round, I mean, like some folks do in England too) but I say, rain is bliss.... and the ongoing dryness for several years in Summer nowadays is really becoming a problem.... and I live in 'wet' Holland . Parts of Spain, France and lots of other places worldwide....

Well, blahiah.... I must be sooo grateful 'we' at least get a fair share of rain here.

I think we live in pervasive transition days, climate wise. Um, no doubt really.... and I/we have to seriously think about collecting rain water in times of plenty and store it till 'the dry season' comes around again. Maybe you too, T. Um, roofs maybe. Gather the precious water before the drain does? Tap it later on. High/low ground levels in garden/fields.... maybe create little streams along the crops and other plants as well of course. I don't know.

I sooo wished I had studied 'water-management'.... for that will be one of the biggest problems we (on Earth) face in the near future, I think. Plus I'm sooo loving water, I suppose. The pillar of live of course. (Gaea's symbol)

Indeed, the climate seems to be becoming more extreme. I already collect most of the roof rain water in water butts (now empty) and have a large underground tank (also empty) I've started pumping water from a well at the other end of the property but that is likely to run dry soon also! Desperately need some rain to refill.
