This is the hebrew name for God, sometimes referred to as the unutterable name: English translators estimate that it sounds like Yahweh. Logically God has the universe in his hands but not the letter J, because the hebrew name for God and the hebrew language do not have the letter J.

Great guess, but not the answer I am looking for.

It is actually a very difficult riddle so I will be more specific:

It has all of the matter in the Universe, and all of the other letters of the alphabet in it, save J.
