Practise throwing your voice (might come in handy during an escape)..


Practise impersonating others (for if ever you escape).


Practise disguising your voice (for if ever you escape).


Practise kickboxing, if there's a mattress you can use as a punching bag.


Do target practise with a pencil and a spot on the wall.


Do basketball practise with a balled-up-and-tied sheet and the sink.

That's creepy. That's what I would be doing.

A mind for Music plus your body means instant entertainment.

I would try to do math in my head too, and just think philosophically for a while.

I could manage for a while in solitary confinement I think...

Try to recite your favourite movies lines from beginning to end. I used to do this as a kid to try to fall asleep. My go-to script was Labyrinth...

do a thousand crunches
catch the fly, lick and release
alphabetize your favorite movies
perform a civil war re-enactment
stare at the ceiling and imagine a fan
talk to a god, or all of them if you want
