Tomamil, why dont you want to move to japan?

i always find it difficult to answer questions why i want something. well, japan seems to me very closed. its nice country and nice and very helpful people too but they seem to me very reserved towards foreigners. althoug thats also true about some of the other countries i named but they seem to me more interesting (exotic) than japan.

for example, i tried to find some postdoc opportunities in japan but its very difficult, their websites often dont even have english version.

so, after all, i am moving to japan in april this year; got a postdoc position there

I like Europe? I don't know, they are all appeal to me. Denmark is because it seems neat to visit and I visited England before and really like it. And I always wanted to go to The Neths and Austria.

i like to live in australia. i do not have to fit many ideals of perfection to live here.
in europe you have to be suave and sophisticated, and in america you have to have oozing personality.

i like to live where there are few demands on me from other people, and australia is a good place for me.

it seems like japan may be a good place to live for AS people because they have courtesy and decorum. but any animal that senses an alien among their species are prone to reject the "imposter". in japan, i believe you can not attain citizenship unless BOTH your parents were japanese.

they are quite exclusive. they say that "hairlessness is next to godliness"
they apply that idea to feral hairy westerners who visit and also smell bad.
well i am not like their notional stereotypes but they do not make any exception for me.

in japanese eyes, i am a white trash moron. i tried to get access to japan once so i could do some onsite programming and they rejected my entry due to psychological issues.

i was born in sweden but i am sure that that country is full of touchy feely nt's as well.

i actually want my own country to live in and i want to be the only human inhabitant. i like lots of animals to visit me, but i like no humans much who want to visit.

USA
Italy
Maldives

When I grow up I wanna move to New York City, cos I like shows that are set there (Sex and the City, Friends), and it looks so incredibly awesome, well better than Yorkshire.

I also want to go on holidays three times a year to Italy (sun, nice food, and hot guys), the Maldives (I saw it on a Sky Travel promotion once, and it looks so awesome) and other cool places.

Oh, this is easy...

1.) Japan (they have awesome everything)
2.) the UK (Doctor Who country)
3.) Canada (their anthem rocks and the air is cleaner)
4.) Germany (Bambi country and Rammstein)
and 5.) Russia (Best national anthem of all time!)

Awesome places and reasons! ^_^ also I just wish I lived in a bigger city with more shops.

I don't want to live anywhere else besides Canada. I just love it here!
I wouldn't mind moving to British Columbia, where I used to live. But I don't really want to move yet again. I like having my home stay in one city now.
But I'll list some places I would love to visit!

Japan (only for a short while - I would not deal well with the crowds)
Egypt
Bahamas (main one)
Paris
California (or Florida - the sun ROCKS!)
New York (Well, I've been there once, but not Manhattan)
France (might need to bring somebody who speaks French with me though!)
Italy
Greece
Rome
The rain forest (not quite sure where that is, sadly enough)
Hawaii
I could think of more if I wasn't so tired...

Kerguelen, (technically a French possession). They're some small islands towards the south end of the Indian Ocean and are just about the furthest place from anywhere. I'd love to live there, or even just visit.
