"slaked lime" (if that band were to become eternally famous, then no one would ever be able to reconcile the meaning of the band name with their music)

"treble cliffs" (obviously a very bold name that suggests an astounding musical talent in the upper registers which may comically not be true)

'the rancid andrews" (it just sounds funny for no reason really)

"for god's sake" ( a contentious name i would suspect).

"the vegetative statesmen" (not a good self promotion i guess)

For God's Sake is actually an upbeat Christian pop band that plays around Minnesota (United States).
