TallyMan discovers he has a latent telekinetic ability and by force of will power makes all the cuffs come off and wrap around Strapples, leaving him completely helpless.

is comfortable being squeezed extremely tightly and has a computer system inside his cuff that he can use to continue posting on WP and also control the cuff pressure.
