llolololol soo true my cousin fixed computers that geek squad has "fixed" and he one day wanted to go to geek squad to yell at them for such a horrible job they did to a customer of his computer.

((I used to work technical support for Gateway computer and gotten in a couple fist-fights with geek squad, We are mortal enemies, lol))

sometimes its volenteer workers that only have a few weeks training (if even THAT) and then they release them to general public to trust in other people with their problems with computers.

geek squad, the asian tech support people but on wheels and to your home. what i hate that is closest to geek squad, remote assistance by isp and hardware support and being on the recieving end of that remote.exe file (tech control my computer)

yea, some hate geek squad when my isp tried a few remote.exe remote takeover i had refused the last few times because it was asians that didnt understand or like i said do same thing i did before calling tech support plus id tell them i wasnt born yesterday i know about computers.

funniest is when they ask for my parents over phone i guess due to sounding like im a 12 or preteen year old trying to hak into parent's acount to bypass parental controls news for them: im 23, my dad is who asks me to fix the computer,and im not stupid enough to acess something that would get blocked by parental controls or any adult content filter.

few times though i have "test drive" content filters and parental controls just whatever you do dont use bess (n2h2, it bloks innocent stuff)
