Damn! Those were the more obvious answers though.
Here are all of them.
Peter Cushing played Dr Who (a human, non-canonical version) in the two Dalek movies in the 1960's, although he never appeared in the TV series himself. He appeared in
A New Hope as Moff Tarkin, sadistic administrator of the Death Star.
Dave Prowse played the Minotaur in a
Doctor Who story set in Atlantis,
The Time Monster, although he is best known for playing the body of Darth Vader throughout the original trilogy.
Jeremy Bulloch played heroic archer Hal in the
Doctor Who story
The Time Warrior, and Boba Fett (in body) during
The Empire Strikes Back and
Return of the Jedi.
Don Henderson played Gavrok, an evil villain attempting genocide in the
Doctor Who story
Delta and the Bannermen, and played General Tagge, the Imperial officer whose 'lack of faith' in the Force Vader finds 'disturbing' (and nearly got throttled for his troubles) in
A New Hope.
(Actually, I made a mistake on one, but there are seven...no, eight! actors. Interestingly, two of them also appeared in
For Your Eyes Only...)
Michael Sheard played six roles in
Doctor Who, the best known being Laurence Scarman in
Pyramids of Mars. In
The Empire Strikes Back, he plays Admiral Ozzel. (He also plays Hitler in the Lucas/Spielberg film
Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade)
Julian Glover played two roles in
Doctor Who, as Richard the Lionheart in
The Crusade, and as the villainous Count Scarlioni (aka Scaroth) from
City of Death. He plays the role of General Veers in
The Empire Strikes Back.
John Hollis plays Professor Sondergaard in
The Mutants, and Lando Calrissian's cyborg aide in
The Empire Strikes Back.
Finally, Peter Diamond, stunt coordinator on all three of the original Star Wars films (as well as playing minor roles, such as the Tusken Raider that assaults Luke in
A New Hope) also did stuntwork for
Doctor Who, as well as a number of minor roles, the most distinctive being the slave Delos, whom Ian is forced to fight to the death in
The Romans.
