"Nah, and heres his Pokeball." Professor Sycamore said, handing him the ball. Laura perked up, her pigtails falling at her sides. "Yayy! You got your first Pokemon!!" Laura cheered, jumping up and down.

"Wow, thanks!" says Mike as he points the pokeball towards Litten. "How do I-" The pokeball shoots out a red beam which appears to turn Litten into energy that goes into the ball. "Never mind, I figured it out. I would love to know how these things work, they are pretty cool." He stores the ball in one of the many pockets in his lab coat.

"Hey, Laura? Could you pick a few things up for me?" The professor asked. "Sure, where do you want me to go?" Laura asked, dragging her fingers through her hair to make sure she looked pretty enough. He didn't really like sending her out on errands, because how many times she trips and runs into poles and walls. "Just pick these things up from the Poke Mart, and don't hurt yourself." He said, giving her some money and a scrap of paper. "I won't disappoint." She said, determined. Calem had offered to go with her, but she wanted to prove to the professor that she wasnt good for just battling. She ran out the door, nearly sending a flower vase flying. "Oops." She said, putting it back, and trying to get out the door again.

"Thanks mister!" She said, grabbing the bag of goods and the change. She decided to take a shortcut back to the lab, even though it was right there, and she was really going the wrong way. She waved and made peace signs for the cameras and paparazzi that had stopped her, answering a few questions, before they let her on her way.

"Um, I made a right, another right.. And a left?" She mumbled. Anna sighed at her somewhat ditzy trainer. "S-Sylveon!!" She exclaimed, pointing one of her feelers to the wall. Laura ran back towards her pokemon, wondering what was up. A random poster for a movie that came out when she was around seven years old was taped to the wall, but next to it was a sloppy first graders handwriting, or two, rather. Leaning towards the ground, as it was rather low on the wall, she read:

Laura and Shauna were here!! Best Friends Forever!

It was in french, and judging by her handwriting, she was still in trainer's school. She still knew Shauna, she even helped her with Team Flare. But she met her on the day she got her starter, right?

Fiddling around on her Pokedex, she took a picture of the wall and pulled up a map, and made her way back to the lab after a few hours of wandering, and running into things.


"Hey! I got your stuff!!" She said, giving Professor Sycamore the things he had asked for. "Sorry it took me so long." She shown off the pictures on her Pokedex, proud of herself that she had found it. "Look!I found something about my memories! Awesome, right?"

(OOC: Did Laura put down the Pichu before she left? If so, while Laura was away, I was going to have Guinan try to either capture or bond with her or both. What do Pichus eat anyway?)

Guinan watched as Laura picked up the Pichu. The pokemon really respond to her like she's their trainer, Guinan thought as she smiled tenderly at them. As Laura's moment of fear came and went, Guinan went back to scanning pokemon. She saw a small female raccoon-like creature, a Zigzagoon. The creature seemed to be ignoring everyone as she tried to scavenge whatever she could find.

As Mike officially got his first pokemon and pokeball, Guinan smiled at him. "Nice trick with the laser! You won him over," Guinan said to Mike.

(She put Pichu and Peach down, but Anna went with her. They both eat pretty much anything.)

Laura grinned. "I finally found something!" She squealed, looking at the picture. Should she call shauna and ask her about it? Would a normal person rerember something as trivial as that from eight years ago? She just picked up Anna and snuggled her out of pure joy. "Syl..." She croaked, unable to breathe. "Oops. Sorry." She said, petting her snowy white fur.

(OOC: Have you been up all night? Wow!)

While Laura was away, Guinan looked at Calem and the professor for a moment and walked over to where Laura had left Pichu. "Come here," she tried to coax the little pokemon, rather unsuccessfully. She looked around. "Hmm, I don't have anything to feed her," she thought aloud. "Or any tricks that might interest her... Should I just send Foxy after her?"

(In my defense.... Something really awesome is about to happen and I couldn't sleep cuz I was so excited!!)

Laura rummaged through her bag and pulled out a few pokepuffs. "I made these for electric pokemon, so... "She put one on the ground, and the little cutie came running. "Pichu!!" She cheered.

(OOC: Laura wouldn't be there because we have to fill time until she gets back. So Calem and the professor would be there. You said Laura would be gone a couple of hours so the story has to go on without her for a little while.)

(Whoops. I confused myself. Sorry. )

Calem calmly walked towards the pichu, who seemed to know him. "Pichu Pi!" She squeaked. "This one is a little shy, so just um.. He sifted through the mess that was his bag, and mannaged to find one last Pokepuff. "Laura made this one herself." He said, setting it in front of Pichu.

As Pichu pounced on the pokepuff, she looked up at Calem expectantly and ignored everyone else. "I'm going to have to figure out how to make those or get them somehow," Guinan said to the group. The zigzagoon had also disappeared while Guinan wasn't paying attention.

"I suck at baking, so dont look at me. Laura can make them, or you can go to the store and buy some." He explained. The Zigzagoon crept up next to him, and pounced. "Zigzag!" She laughed. Calem rolled his eyes at the creature, but it then jumped into his lap and he petted it.

Guinan laughed as she noticed Zigzagoon come back. She watched the other pokemon playing around the garden, including Fletchling, a creatue that looked rather like a robin. Guinan followed Fletchling's graceful darts from tree to tree. "Wow! They're amazing!" she commented.

(Um, I dont mean to be mean or anything, but I dont know what to do while Laura's gone! I only made her run an errand cuz I had an idea for her finding the writing on the wall... Good grief I suck at this. Sorry! )

(OOC: You're not being mean. Suggestion: you've got Calem and the professor there, and both would be able to offer tips as they watch Guinan fumble around, or as they watch Mike with his new pokemon when Mikeman comes back. Lily's still there too. Calem has Pichu now too, so not sure if he wants her to do something? Hope that sparks an idea, or you could wait to see if Mikeman or Lillikoi give you anything else to work with. I'm going to be away₣ for a few hours also.)

Lilli was slumped against a tree. They'd fallen asleep watching Mike play with Litten, but were startled by a claw poking them in the head.

"What the hell?" they grumbled, opening their eyes.

In front of them was Abra, holding their backpack.

"Wait, how did you.."

Abra snickered and teleported.

"Ya little sneak....!"


Across the yard, Calem heard Lilli's voice.

"Caleeeem! Does this bastard have a Poke Ball?"

Calem came running. "What? Magia!!" When he ran over there, he was concerned about Lilli. Now, he was concerned about the sandwich he had made himself, witch he saw being stolen by her. "Your not getting my sandwich!" He exclaimed, running after the teleporting hellion.
