Mars or Venus? hmm, interesting conjecture for, I'll go with Mars as, Venus has way too much sulfuric rain as, I've once heard..

Probably human-like since I think it'd be somewhat easier (and perhaps less unsettling) to communicate with and understand a thing more like me than one less.

Barbecued, especially for hamburgers. Use some hickory or mesquite wood along with the coals also, that is fairly nice.
