Two days ago: In Rasdorf, Germany, ninety farting cows caused the cowshed roof collapse after methane explosion caused by static electricity spark. (No animal was injured.)

No one is sure why the extinct Diquis people carved over three hundred stone balls, some weighing as much as fifteen tons.

They were found in the forests, and some were bulldozed and destroyed, but the remaining spheres are valued by Costa Ricans, and have become a tourist attraction.

Supposedly the (extinct) Diquis People made them between A.D. 600 and A.D. 1500, but there are other theories.

Portland, Oregon got its name because of a coin toss going a certain way. Had the coin flipped the other way, we would've had Boston, Oregon instead. Think about that for a second.
