When I was a boy, we also had Legend of Zelda. I picked it out because I liked the way the cartridge looked. How's that for awesome?

Anyways, I would always get everything that I could get before going to the first dungeon (big shield, arrow, blue flame, blue ring, white sword, heart containers, etc). I could easily beat the first world, but the second always eluded my skill.

As a girl I never played Legend of Zelda: A Link To the Past(SNES) but have many a(n) unfond memory of sitting in the basement watching my sister and step-brother play it for like an hour after school every day.

Any fans of The Lion King here? I could never get passed that boulder with the leopards on the other side of it in the first level where Simas is an adult lion. Another movie-based game I playe as a pre-teen was Pocahontas for Genesis.

When I was a boy, there was a bowling alley in town. It was one of those with a few arcade games nearby. At one point, my sister and I were playing X-Men there, and she went to use the restroom, telling me to play her character while she was gone. Ten dollars later protecting her character, she came back.

I was not pleased.

When I was a boy, I went to a pokemon tournament with a friend of mine. I borrowed a couple of batteries from my first opponent and then proceeded to tear him a new one with two level 100's and a level 95. All naturally raised, I might add! No MissingNo trick for me! ...Well, I did bring my Articuno to 95 using the rare candies I had left (I forget how many you can get naturally, but I hadn't used any).

The next guy brought out a Mew (obtained upon entering the tournament) at level 100. We fought to a draw (there was a time limit). Friggin' Double Team. Friggin' cheaters.
