OMG, "The Wiz" is quite PATHETIC!! I'll take the one with Judy Garland, ANY day----and, TWICE, on Sunday!!

"The Wizard of Oz" or "The Sound of Music"?

Whoops, you snuck in there.....

Studio----though I've seen some cool Independents.

WOW, you snuck in there, TOO....

I don't know what they are.... you mean, like, G, PG, R?

I'll take that rating system.

"The Wizard of Oz" or "The Sound of Music"?

tough choice, I'd go with the wizard of oz simply because every performer used their actual voice, there was no voice-over nonsense going on like with the sound of music where Christopher plummer used bill lee to dub his singing voice for him.

do you think voiceovers are ok
or
do you think they are a gyp?

revisions are usually done for important reasons, so I guess that is ok.

which looks better to your eyes/visual system-

24 frames per second projection [standard]
or
48 frames per second projection [new, as in the last hobbit movie]

"It's all about that bass----'bout that bass!!"

EWWW, NEITHER!!

Which do you like better:

When Lady GaGa sings with Tony Bennett, OR when she sings HER stuff (ie "Paparazzi")?

Stephanie Germanotta [I much prefer saying her birth name] with Tony, as then she'll at least be singing the standards. I don't care for her own stuff.

(Yeah, I've got an appointment this month----but, I don't need to see a doctor for it, cuz I think I know what's causing it..... I like to switch-up, and sit "Indian Style", every once-in-awhile, and I guess I'm getting too old to do that----but, it's better than a deep-vein thrombosis!)

I can't really say I like "slap-stick"----the 3 Stooges, for instance, just weren't, really, that funny, to me. One of the types of humor that I like, is the kind of humor that's in "Shrek"----where there's references to pop-culture. I'm not really sure what "sophisticated comedy" is----if it means "sexual innuendo", then, NO, I don't like that.

MUSIC genre:

Country or Rock 'n' Roll?
